DeeBees Returns Policy
Thank you for your interest in our wedding items.
We are sure you will be delighted with your purchase. All our items are quality checked before they leave us. If you are unhappy for any reason with your item, we will be pleased to discuss an exchange or a credit note (redeemable against any of our stock). A full refund (not including return postage costs) will only be offered if your item is faulty.
For all returned items we recommend that you obtain a proof of postage certificate as we cannot be held responsable for lost items in transit.
No hairsprayed tiaras can be returned and all items must be in perfect, unused condition and in the original packaging.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
The following return times must be respected for the above conditions to apply:
UK based customer returns - 7 days
EU based customer returns - 9 days
US and worldwide based customer returns - 14 days
